⛷️ Free video https://bigpictureskiing.com/yt/154-seethebigpicture When I Ski in uneven snow conditions, I make sure my inner thighs are activated. You’ll notice that a lot of expert skiers Ski with their feet close together when they’re making turns in uneven snow conditions. The human hips are actually not that wide apart, they are narrower than our shoulders. And to keep your Skis under control, having the Skis close together is a sign the person is using both legs to control both Skis. I was originally a telemark skier, and this form of skiing taught me how important it is to activate my inside leg and control my inside Ski. I’ve taken this awareness into my Alpine skiing and find it makes a massive difference to myself and the students I teach. You just feel stronger and you charge through uneven snow instead of getting knocked around by it. If you enjoyed this short Ski tip you will get a lot out of my learning platform. BigPictureSkiing.com I create videos to solve all your skiing problems, and help you improve. ⛷️ Free video https://bigpictureskiing.com/yt/154-seethebigpicture
