Using the Compass || Hector Haines || Think Fast, Run Hard, Go Orienteering

Hector Haines, one of the athletes in the British team, demonstrates how to use a compass going through terrain for the adventure sport of orienteering. He shows and discusses both the baseplate and thumb compass types. Hector first represented GB as a junior in 2007. He now lives and works in Sweden, running for IFK Lidingö (Sweden) When not orienteering he takes part in the Skyrunning World Series.
