Rain delayed our start, forcing us to adjust our plans and complete our first night hike of the entire Backpacking 10×10×10 Challenge. Thankfully, two incredible creators stepped in to help. John Kelley joined us at the trailhead to send us off before other commitments pulled him away, and Hiking GOAT Nick from Smokey Bee's Natural helped reroute our hike so we could still complete all 10 miles. The mission continued because of people willing to step up when it mattered.
