The RSPB is delighted to acquire two iconic seabird islands in the Firth of Forth. The Bass Rock and Craigleith are home to important populations of seabirds like Gannets and Puffins. Now these awe inspiring places will be protected for future generations as part of the RSPB reserve network. It's also the start of an exciting partnership with the Scottish Seabird Centre to build on the work already done by them and local communities to mange these islands. Supported by the National Heritage Memorial Fund with UK government funding, The National Lottery Heritage Fund. RSPB Scotland is also grateful for the generous support of private donors and supporters.
